Three Dimensional (3D) modelling is a used to transform ideas, schematic outlines, or other geometric information into a three
dimensional model using a CAD system. Enimco offers you this service which can be used in the following applications.
With 3D modelling software packages the mechanical fit of the various components in an assembly can be analysed. Interferences
between the components or with objects in the outside world are immediately discovered and the design can be adjusted. 2
Dimensional drawings don't have this benefit and the chance that human errors occur is much bigger.
To present a product for purposes like go/no-go management decisions, customer of trade fair presentations, or as an engineering
aid, 3D modelling is a great solution. It's even possible to make animations which makes your presentation much more dynamic and
thus more attractive.
Modern CNC machines and Rapid Prototyping systems use computer files with 3D data as direct input to produce the physical product.
This is not only a much faster method, since the machine programming step is omitted, but it also gives more reliability on the
product quality, since the potential errors were already detected when modelling and no human programming errors can be made.
